Does CourtSync support Hot Shots or ball-colour age groups?
Yes. Academies can configure age groups by age range, ball colour (including Hot Shots-style labels), or custom labels. Calendar colours help staff distinguish junior groups at a glance.
Can we import predefined tennis development pathways?
Eligible plans can import reference pathway templates (Australian, US, European, and UK styles) and map stages to their own age groups. Imported programs remain fully editable.*
What is included on the Starter plan for tennis academies?
Owner dashboard, manual staff enrollment, scheduling, attendance, reporting, and a public lesson catalogue with request booking are included on entry plans. Member portals, coach logins, and online checkout require a higher tier—see plan footnotes below.
Can families book tennis lessons online?
On eligible plans, guardians and students register, browse lessons, and checkout online.* Entry plans can still publish lessons publicly and accept booking requests without member accounts.
We rent courts but do not run coaching programs—is CourtSync a fit?
Yes. Dedicated Club and Club Pro plans cover public court hire, guest checkout, memberships, and facility operations—separate from academy plans for lesson programs. You can subscribe to club-only, academy-only, or both on one organization. See pricing for details.
