Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate any billing differences.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. You add a debit or credit card when you start—you are not charged until the trial ends.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers for Enterprise plans. You can also add a custom payment message so students know how to pay your academy.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, we offer 20% off when you pay annually. This applies to all plans.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. We provide easy export options and keep your data accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any plan. You pay the monthly subscription fee; CourtSync does not charge a platform fee on transactions. Stripe processing fees apply when you use online payments.
How do transaction fees work?
CourtSync does not charge a platform fee on any plan. When you use online payments (Professional and Enterprise), only Stripe card processing fees apply. Example: a $100 booking is approximately $3.20 in Stripe fees ($96.80 net to your academy before tax). Starter uses manual payment tracking without automated checkout. Academies can optionally pass card processing fees through to students at checkout via a setting in their dashboard. All fees are transparent and shown before payment.
Are student payment processing fees passed to students?
Academies can choose to pass card processing fees through to students. This is an optional setting that academy owners control from their payment settings. When enabled, the fee is transparently shown at checkout before payment. Academy owners are responsible for ensuring this complies with their local regulations. In Australia, the domestic card rate is applied; if a student uses an international card, the higher fee is absorbed by the academy.
