Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate any billing differences.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. You add a debit or credit card when you start—you are not charged until the trial ends.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers for Enterprise plans. You can also add a custom payment message so students know how to pay your academy.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, we offer 20% off when you pay annually. This applies to all plans.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. We provide easy export options and keep your data accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any plan. You pay the monthly subscription fee; CourtSync does not charge a platform fee on transactions. Stripe processing fees apply when you use online payments.
How do transaction fees work?
CourtSync does not charge a platform fee on any plan. When you use online payments (Professional and Enterprise), only Stripe card processing fees apply. Example: a A$100 booking is approximately A$1.95 in Stripe fees (A$98.05 net to your academy before tax). Starter uses manual payment tracking without automated checkout. Australian domestic card processing is approximately 1.65% + A$0.30 per transaction (Stripe rate effective 1 October 2026). CourtSync does not add separate card surcharges on Australian payments—organizations absorb card costs in their listed prices. All fees are transparent and shown before payment.
Are student payment processing fees passed to students?
CourtSync does not add separate card surcharges on Australian payments. Card processing costs are absorbed in your listed prices. Australian domestic card processing through Stripe is approximately 1.65% + A$0.30 per transaction (effective 1 October 2026). If a student uses an international card, the higher fee is absorbed by your organization.
Do plans include SMS notifications?
Professional includes 300 SMS per month for urgent guardian transactional alerts (lesson cancellations, postponements, waitlist). Enterprise includes 1,000 SMS per month. Guardians must opt in per academy. Optional add-on: +500 SMS for $15 USD / $29 AUD per month when you need more volume. Starter includes email and in-app notifications only.
