Creating Camp Lessons

Camps are multi-day intensive sessions ideal for school holidays and summer programs. CourtSync supports both daily drop-in booking and full-camp package checkout.

Access the Camps area

Camps appear in the owner sidebar under Camps. You can also create camp lessons from the Lessons page by selecting the Camp lesson type. Camps use a violet/purple accent on the calendar for easy identification.

Create a camp lesson

Click Create Lesson and select Camp. Enter a name like "Summer Holiday Camp — Week 1" and a description highlighting age range, activities, and what to bring.

Set camp dates

Configure start date and end date for the camp period. Unlike group lessons, camps are standalone — they are not linked to a term. The calendar spans every day within this date range.

Configure camp pricing

Camps support two pricing models:

• Camp day price — per-calendar-day rate for daily booking
• Camp full price — package rate for the entire camp

The primary package amount is also stored in the standard price field for reporting and Stripe checkout.

Set schedule, capacity, and assignments

Define daily start time and end time, max capacity, coach, court, and location. Set age group and skill level so camp bookings align with your academy's grouping system.

Understand the booking flow for guardians

On your public academy page, guardians see camp lessons with two booking options:

• Book by day — select individual camp days at the daily rate
• Book full camp — purchase the complete package at the camp full price

Each daily booking creates one booking row with the chosen session date. Full-camp bookings create a single package checkout.

Monitor camp enrollment

Track daily and full-camp bookings from Bookings. The calendar view shows camp slots in violet/purple. Use dashboard alerts if enrollment falls below your academy's minimum threshold.
